2010 was the year when Nikhil D’Souza launched his Bollywood singing career and every song that he sang that year was a massive hit – the songs are “Sham” from Aisha, “Mere Bina” from Crook, “Anjaana Anjaani Ki Kahani” from Anjaana Anjaani and “Main Jiyunga” from Break Ke Baad. He continued to deliver hit singles in 2012 as well – “Gubbare Gubbare” from Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, “Sang Hoon Tere” and “Jannatein Kahan (Power Ballad)” from Jannat 2.

Bollywood enabled D’Souza to make a living, but his long-term goal was to get his own original songs out there. He entered and won the televised South-Asian talent contest SUTASI and everything escalated.

Now signed to eastwest/Warner Music, he released his new single ‘Silver And Gold’ on March 9, 2018 through them. ‘Beautiful Mind’ was another phenomenal hit, released in 2017. Both these made to the BBC radio 2 playlist!
