2. The Email/SMS/Whatsapp/App Booking to be displayed at the registration desk on the ground floor of Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai (Near Zara)
3. Mall executive to inform customer to redeem voucher on App (If Applicable)
4. Mall Executive on verifying the package, redemption status and personal identification will share physical vouchers for each of the outlets
5. These vouchers need to be redeemed at respective outlets
6. Customer details will be taken at the registration desk
7. Screenshots of the purchase will not be accepted
