Note: Socks are mandatory for children, parents, and guardians entering the play area.

1. This play area is only suitable for kids between the ages of 9 months - 8 years. Kids beyond that age group will be denied entry

2. All adults above 18 years have to be double vaccinated to enter the mall and PlayTown play area (and have completed 14 days).

3. This ticket is valid for a single entry and is non-transferable and non-redeemable.

4. No refund is permissible if certain plays are not functional on a particular day, irrespective of declarations of availability made. 5. No cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances.

6. No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

7. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Please carry a valid ID proof, issued by the government, along with you.

11. PlayTown ticket issued is valid for one hour for the mentioned date & time. Guests are welcome to extend the play time (basis availability) at the venue.

12. One Session is for 1 Hour.

13. Customer needs to book their slot in advance to redeem their ticket at the store.

14. In case the Customer misses the deadline to book a slot, he or she will lose their right to redeem the ticket at the store, and no new ticket will be issued in that situation.

15. If the customer is unable to visit the store for the slot they have booked the tickets, they will lose their right to redeem the tickets and no new tickets will be issued.

16. No two offers can be combined. Other offers, services, and benefits may not be combined with Play Town offers.

17. On the purchase of this ticket, the holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the Play Town and voluntarily assumes all the risks.

18. Guests are requested to study various safety signs of all the play and attractions and act accordingly in terms of their medical conditions.

19. Play O Amusements Private Limited will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the ticket holder while in the play.

20. Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.

21. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure your safety and comfort, the management won't be liable for any injuries caused.

22. Play O Amusements Private Limited or its Employees will not be responsible for loss, theft or any damage to any of your valuables.

23. Rights of Admission are reserved by the Management of Play O Amusements Private Limited.

24. Play O Amusements Private Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of this ticket for violations of play rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.

25. The following articles are strictly prohibited- Eatables, Lighter, Knife, Match-Box, Firearms and all kinds of inflammable objects.

26. Kindly retain the ticket or wristband, if provided, till you leave the premises.

27. Play O Amusements Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw/discontinue this product/offer/promotion at any point without any prior intimation.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State. Use of masks is mandatory at all times, and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Playtown reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions. Playtown does not assume any responsibility with regard to any injury or complications due to COVID–19 accrued as a result of your participation.
