-Reload is open 7 days a week from 11 am and the last entry time is 9 pm.

-We are a family-friendly place, and we don't entertain any kind of alcohol consumption within our premises. For customers who would like to smoke, we have a separate smoking area.

-The pool prices mentioned are per table. We allow 6 people per table at this charge. Each extra person above 6 on the same table will have to pay INR 100 per hour.

-For consoles, the charge mentioned is for a single controller; INR 100 extra is charged for each extra controller on the same console. We allow 2 extra non-playing visitors. Each extra person on the same console will have to pay INR 100 per hour.
