Priyanka Muniyappa is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice is rooted in deep observation of the natural world, particularly insects and ecological systems. Through hybrid feminine forms and immersive environments, her work explores intimacy, coexistence, and transformation, with nature acting as both mirror and teacher. Central to her practice is Romantis, a giant praying mantis that shifts and adapts from day to night to blend into its environment, symbolising patience, precision, and sustained awareness, and inviting audiences to slow down, observe closely, and reflect on their place within the living world.
