By purchasing a ticket and attending Rang Barse Carnival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket & Entry Policy

Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable. Once purchased, they cannot be cancelled.

Entry is strictly by ticket only. Ensure you carry a valid e-ticket or physical ticket.

Stag & Couple Tickets do NOT include child entry. 

Family Entry - The child must be under 4 feet if not have to pay full ticket charges at the time of entry. 

2. Event Guidelines

This is a non-alcoholic event; any outside alcohol or intoxicants are strictly prohibited.

Only organic colours are allowed. Outside colours, water balloons, or harmful substances are not permitted.

Water slides & attractions are open to all guests, but usage is at your own risk.

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone causing disturbance or violating event rules.

3. Safety & Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour at the venue.

Security checks will be conducted at entry; any prohibited items will be confiscated.

4. Photography & Media

The event will be recorded and photographed. By attending, you give consent to use your images/videos for promotional purposes.

Any unauthorized professional photography or videography is not allowed without prior approval.

5. Event Rights & Changes

The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, artist lineup, or event attractions due to unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen event, the organizer’s decision will be final.
