She possesses strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage diverse projects and trainings simultaneously. Her passion towards training makes her learn new innovative methodologies which finally benefits her trainees. 

In her experience she had been associated with some of the renowned organizations like TCS-Mumbai, MIT-Pune, Government ITI colleges, Global Talent Track-Pune, etc.

Presently, working with ITM Group of Institutions. Her job at ITM Business School allows her to do a variety of roles. She mainly focuses on conducting activity-based training sessions. She regularly monitors and reviews the effectiveness of the training programs & she trains individuals on - Soft Skills | Communication skills | Business Etiquette | Resume Writing | Content Creation | Interview Preparation
