The Paradigm Shift is a rock band based in New Delhi, originally formed in Dimapur, Nagaland in 2019. The band plays various styles of music ranging from Alternative Rock to pop. The band currently consists of Chechamo Odyuo (Vocals), Zajamo Kithan (Lead guitarist), Arepsen Aier (Rhythm), Razo (Bass guitarist) and Bendang (Drums). It was in their first jam that they realized their effortless musical connection. Ever since, the band has continued to evolve through various band competitions in and around Northeast India.
