Two men and a woman are stranded in the Moroccan desert after a failed smuggling trip. A few fugitives… And a very, very long way to freedom.

Our meetings consist of a screening of an arthouse film, followed by a discussion. The discussion is led by one of our members or sometimes a guest speaker and encourages members to share their thoughts and interpretations of the film.

Who are The Parallel Cinema Club?

We are a community-run film society based out of Bengaluru and Hyderabad. We are a group of film enthusiasts who meet up to discuss the real world, auteurs, and themes, and occasionally host guest lectures.
