About the Event

A gathering of inspired verse with Saranya, Aditya and Varsha. 


Mumbai, mark your calendars! We are hosting three incredible poets—Saranya, Varsha and Aditya for an intimate show on the 25th of April, 2024, from 7.30-8.30 pm, Colaba. Savour their rich verse amidst our ongoing show—Measuring Life with Coffee Spoons for an experience that is evocative, inspiring and introspective. You don't want to miss this!

About the Artists

Aditya Jadhav, is a poet, event curator and a creative consultant based in Mumbai. Aditya has designed multiple performance art events and creative brand campaigns. He has a keen interest in poetry and has studied English and Marathi literature over the years. He also is the Head of events at Kommune India, a Mumbai-based artist collective.


Saranya Subramanian is a poet, writer, and theatre practitioner based in Bombay. Her essay, “The Cockroach and I”, was published as an ebook by Penguin Random House after winning runner-up to the Financial Times/Bodley Head Essay Prize, 2020. She runs The Bombay Poetry Crawl, an archival and research space dedicated to the 20th century Bombay Poets. And she writes because, well, it’s all that she can really do.


Varsha Panikar is an interdisciplinary artist, blending film, writing, visual arts, and more to explore and challenge the politics of identity and representation. As the co-founder and Artistic Director of Star Hopper, a trans-led film production company, they work at the intersection of film and culture, creating brown, queer, and women-led narratives.
