1. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Please carry a valid ID proof to the event.

3. Children aged 3 and above are welcome and are required to have a ticket for entry to the event.

4. Kids are allowed entry with a parent and not a guardian.

5. Alcohol will not be served to any guest below the age stipulated by law.

6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without compensation.

7. Organisers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue on/before the event starts to ensure smooth entry.

8. Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

9. Organisers or any of their agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it.

10. ⁠People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

11. ⁠⁠Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used offensively or dangerously, or carrying out illegal activities within the site, may be searched.

12. The consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

13. Professional cameras and other recording instruments other than phones are not permitted.

14. The holder of this ticket at this moment grants organisers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity, and promotion relating hereto.

15. No outside food and beverages will be allowed.

16. Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry based on the same. Organisers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; Soul Ventures encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.

17. Organisers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees, audience, and members at the entry point for security reasons. In case anyone is found violating the rules, they will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event, despite holding a valid ticket.

18. ⁠The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
