DARZI : Sound is emotive energy that is unrefined, unchained, chaotic, and engaged in wrestling. This potential can result in a spiritual experience when combined with musical harmony, resonance and dissonance, rhythmic pulsations, and frank poetry. Darzi makes an effort to combine all these elements into a cohesive whole through his electronic music project, creating a dense aural bombardment that expresses his innermost sentiments and thoughts. Darzi aspires to absolute purity in expression, reflecting his own personal struggle with self-improvement.

KITANU chose a sound that combined the diverse, individual styles of each of its five members, giving each song a distinctive sound.

The goal was to just make good music and have fun. Add in the folky, hallucinogenic sound of a Sarod to the influences of other members that came from Jazz, Funk, Rock & Roll, Blues, Metal, and Disco.
