- No footwear or non-swimwear clothing is permitted in the pool area.

3) Health and Safety:

- Guests are advised to swim responsibly. Lifeguards will be present, but guests swim at their own risk.

- Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines set by the venue.

4) Alcohol Consumption:

- Guests are allowed to purchase drinks at the venue. Responsible drinking is encouraged.

- Alcohol consumption will be monitored, and any unruly behaviour will result in removal from the event.

5) Personal Belongings:

- The event organiser or The Park Hotel will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

- Valuables should be securely stored in the designated areas.

6) Behaviour and Conduct:

- Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction with penalty from the event.

- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

7) Event Photography and Videography:

- By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes.

- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff.

8) Force Majeure:

- The organisers are not liable for any event disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
