The Incomplete Dream : Ardha is a dance and spoken word work conceived, choreographed, and performed by Vidhya Subramanian. Krishna is often the beloved hero. The work subverts this power structure and turns the spotlight on Radha as the very essence of creation. Beauty is her cloak,
sensuality, her extravagance, ardor, her potency.
Music for Ardha has been co-conceptualized by me and composed by Shreya Devnath, using pan Indian music genres and lyrics written and sourced in various languages. This work is presented in three parts: Adhara, Dhara, and Aradhana.
Join us at the warehouse to experience the Mumbai premiere of the performance!
The performance will be presented as part of G5A Warehouse Performance Grant Season 24-25.
Taking another step towards our belief in creating a culturally vibrant society that enables dignity for all, the performance grant was born out of our commitment to nurturing creativity, excellence, and resilience with a focus on non-mainstream cultural practitioners.

1. There is limited seating available.

3. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the program.
5. When attending a program at the G5A warehouse, attendees agree to be photographed/videographed/recorded for promotional use by
organizers through both print and electronic media channels.
6. Please note that the schedule information is subject to change in case of unforeseen events.
7. We request you bring warm clothes as it gets chilly inside the black box and temperatures need to be controlled at optimum levels per technical requirements.
8. Food, beverages, and water are strictly prohibited inside the black box. Please do not carry them in your bags either.
