The Listening Circle is an initiative by Bhor Foundation to start a practice of building intimate support groups in your community.

This time we are hosting The Listening Circle for Users of Mental Health Services and Survivors of Psychiatry, with the support of Hope A Start. We swing between understanding mental health as a serious subject and also self-stigmatizing ourselves by calling it just a private issue. Bhor is creating safe spaces and holding spaces for people who deal from all sorts of mental health issues and who celebrate their madness, by hosting monthly meetings to discuss, listen and understand each other.

This is a peer to peer support group and non-hierarchical in approach.

Come and relax, provide a safe and comfortable place to talk, discuss, and remove the stigma.
