• Please carry a valid ticket and government-issued photo identification along with you.
• Please check your pass details carefully. Mentioned details will be treated as final redemptions/ no redemptions.
• No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, so please keep your ticket safe.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Coupons included with the passes are redeemable only at the bar.
• Coupons once purchased during the event are non-refundable.
• Any purchase on the F&B and Lifestyle stalls will be directly borne by the guest and the organizers don't hold any liability on their products/ services. Coupons are not redeemable at those stalls.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain with the rights of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/ performers/ organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Kolkata.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Strict anti-narcotics policies would be instated. Only sealed packs of cigarettes are allowed in the venue. Any narcotics substances found would be handed over to the local authorities.
• Loose cigarette packs once confiscated would not be returned.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event or to any individual without providing a reason.
• No act of misbehavior will be accepted on the premises, organizers hold the complete authority to deboard people if found behaving inappropriately.
• By attending the event, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
• Please respect the privacy and consent of other attendees when taking photos or videos.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, the event may be postponed or cancelled. Ticket holders will be informed via the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
• Attendees are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations while attending the event.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Venue rules apply.
