1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry. 

4. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

5. Bands might be given to you upon entry which should be intact on your hand till the end of the show. 

6. At entrance guests are to be checked for anyone having signs/symptoms of being sick, they will be denied entry due to Covid safety protocols. Vaccination is mandatory & guests will be asked to provide the certification for the same. Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

7. A government issued, valid photo ID may be requested at entry.

8. AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data with relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue for doing so.

9. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

10. The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai or Vadodara.

11. Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue. Ticket holders in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry.

12. No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained.

13. No tickets for the event shall be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competition, contests or sweepstakes without obtaining written consent of the promoter TCF Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

14. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
