Each year, the Thespo festival comes to a close with the vibrant celebration of young artists. The Awards Night is an opportunity for Thespo to accredit the skills and hard work of emerging theatre-makers. The Thespo 22 Awards Night will shine a spotlight on the outstanding talent displayed at the main showcase - the Flagship Performances. This year's 4 Flagship Performances were curated from over 40 entries from across the subcontinent, and were presented live at the festival. The pieces are - Main Beedi Pikar Jhuth Ni Bolta (Jaipur), Miah-Boy Diaries (Kolkata), Nightmare (Pune) and The Light Catcher (Pune). Felicitations may be awarded for exceptional performances, new writing, direction, production design, show management and innovation. Thespo will also be presenting the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award to Jana Natya Manch of Delhi.
