This Saturday we are all set to welcome two of the finest talents in the Indian underground music scene Aman Anand & Funksun as we host a special Juicebox Music showcase night at Block 22.

About Aman Anand -

Aman Anand specializes in producing music that blends electronica, progressive house, and deep techno in a

unique way that is his own. His distinctive style has garnered support from acclaimed artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Secret Cinema, Guy Mantzur, and Khen to name a few.

As a self-taught artist, Aman Anand's abilities have led to releases on well-regarded international labels, including Sudbeat, Balkan Connection, Juicebox Music, and Mango Alley.

In addition to his production endeavors, Aman Anand has been refining his DJ skills, setting the stage for

some of the biggest names in the business like Dubfire, Damian Lazarus, Nick Warren, Guy Mantzur, and Fur Coat.

About Funksun -

Funksun aka Sunny Pednekar comes from an Indian classical music background family from Siolim, Goa, where his father is a professional classical musician & his grandfather was a craftsman of the classical instrument called 'harmonium'. Being part of such a beautiful legacy he embarks on his musical journey to take this legacy further with his ideas and imagination. 

Funksun started his journey in electronic music days around 2009 on the famous sands of Anjuna Beach, Goa. His quality in music production & signature style of playing music with magical smooth transitions earned him an ocean of love and appreciation from most of the artists and ravers from the industry. His overtime experience and love for the art opened up boundaries to play in other major cities of the country and share stages with artists like Sebastian Leger, Behrouz, and Magdalena, to name a few. 

His last 2 releases on India's prolific progressive label - Juicebox Music has garnered instant support from industry legends world over. His recent remix of Blanka Barbara’s Celestial Rhythm being one of his most successful remixes has received constant support from the likes of Guy J, Kasper Koman, Nicolas Rada, and more.. proving that he is an artist that’s set on the rise and one to be looked out for.
