Ira will use a variety of sound healing tools, including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and bells to create a deeply transformative environment.

You will leave this yoga class feeling both grounded and lighter.

The first part of the class will drop you into a more relaxed and embodied state that combines longer-held Yin and restorative poses.

The second part of the class will include Breathwork that will release pent-up energy
