About the Event

A Yin sound bath combines two practices for relaxation and stress reduction: Yin yoga and sound healing.


Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga that focuses on holding gentle postures for extended periods (typically 3-5 minutes or longer) to target your deep connective tissues ligaments tendons and fascia. It's meant to be a meditative practice that encourages relaxation.


Sound healing uses instruments like singing bowls gongs chimes or drums to create vibrations and sounds that are believed to have a harmonizing effect on your body and mind. These vibrations can promote relaxation reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.

  1. Please be 10 minutes early or on time so that you wont disrupt the session flow for other participants.
  2. Please bring your own mat and anything else you may need to feel comfortable(eye mask, blanket)
