About the Event
COSY UP TO THE QUIET
There is a comfort in loudness.
Busy traffic, loud music, message notifications, filled up schedules, content consumption,
overdoing.
We all feel kind of down and heavy after doing these things.
But it’s hard to be quiet, to do nothing, to want to achieve less, to not run the race.
But it’s also courageous.
To try to meet ourselves, inside ourselves, between the version we show ourselves as
or imagine ourselves to be and the version we are, the vulnerable us.
This workshop is an attempt to create a space to be, to stay, to immerse and to value the quiet,
to listen deeply into
the silence that speaks so loud and into the loudness that speaks so little.
A long juicy three hour session of yin drizzled with sweet spinal releases, creamy lower body
loosening, long deep meditations to invite a fresh acceptance into how we see life,
to get cosy in our warm blankets as we embrace and settle into a sleepy and fluffy quietness.
This is an inclusive class that invites differences of all kinds.
Each and everyone is welcome.
Limited to 20 seats.

What to expect:
A long introspective physical session that challenges the mind-body and evokes the soul.
Each one is going to have an individual experience where we begin to open our eyes to new possibilities and ways of life. A fruit bore by the potential of the individual’s mind, while on the other hand the body starts teaching us how to listen to it, it's movement, it's breath and teaches us how to connect to ourselves as we hold each shape at our own comfort.
A journey within and beyond.
A commitment to one self.
This is also a beginner level workshop. So everyone is welcome to join in including senior citizens.
