Event Instructions for Yugm Diwas - Registration Required

We're excited to welcome you to Yugm Diwas, a celebration of art. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please note the following important instructions:

1. Registration is Mandatory:

• Entry to Yugm Diwas is strictly on a registration basis. We encourage all attendees to register in advance to secure their spot.
• On-the-spot registration may be available if capacity allows, but we strongly recommend pre-registration to guarantee entry.

2. Pre-Registration Process:

• Visit our official event website or contact our registration desk to complete the pre-registration process.
• Please provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration to expedite the check-in process on the day of the event.

3. Registration Deadline:

• The deadline for pre-registration is [Insert Pre-registration Deadline Date]. After this date, registration will only be possible at the event venue, subject to availability.

4. E-Tickets:

• Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-ticket via email. Please keep this e-ticket handy, either as a digital copy on your smartphone or as a printed version, for the event entry.

• Arrive at the Rajasthan International Centre at least 30 minutes before the event's scheduled start time (i.e., by 5:30 PM).
• Present your e-ticket and a valid photo ID at the event registration desk for verification.
• Once verified, you will receive an event badge or wristband, granting you access to all event areas.

6. COVID-19 Safety Measures:

• Please follow any COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols that may be in effect at the time of the event. This may include wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and hand sanitization.

7. Lost Tickets:

• If you lose your e-ticket or event badge/wristband, please report to the registration desk immediately for assistance.

8. Children and Minors:

• Children and minors must also be registered for entry. Parents or guardians are responsible for their registration and supervision throughout the event.

9. Event Timing:

• The event is scheduled to start promptly at 6:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure you don't miss any part of the festivities.
